Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public

Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

The petitioner seeks interim bail on a purported ground of

his medical condition. No document/report has been placed on

record to support the claim that the petitioner is suffering from

any serious ailment nor could the counsel satisfy this Court in this

regard.

In this view of the matter, I find no merit in this bail

application which is rejected.
