Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. No.18 dated 31.01.2026,, registered under Sections Sections 110, 115(2), 351(3) 351(3), 191(3), 190 of the BNS, 2023, at Police Station City Sunam, District Sangrur.

2. Learned earned counsel for the petitioner petitioner, after arguing for sometime, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand, at this stage stage. He has, however, submitted that the petitioner shall cause appearance before the concerned Court within 07 working days from today, and in case, he does so and prefers plea for grant of regular bail, the same may be decided, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 03 days thereof.
