1. The present petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of

certiorari for quashing of the impugned Award dated 07.06.2024 (Annexure P-1), passed by the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Patiala.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain discrepancies in the present petition and, hence, he prays for withdrawal of the same with liberty to file a fresh one with complete details.

3. In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the liberty granted is only on the request of the

counsel for the petitioner and is not a direction.
