Present petition has been filed for the issuance of directions to the respondents for payment of compensation towards the death of Pardeep Singh who had died due to the sole negligence of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the parties contend that the controversy in the present case is covered by a judgment of this Court in the case bearing no. CWP-18968-2019 (Smt. Seema Dhiman @ Shallu Vs. The State of Haryana and others) decided on 22.08.2024.

Disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
