Aggrieved by the judgment of acquittal dated 04.09.2017 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Mohindergarh, applicant has come up before this Court by filing the application for leave to appeal.

3. On the last date of hearing, this Court had passed the following order:-

"Called again.

On the last date of hearing, the applicant-appellant was absent. Today also, the applicant-appellant is unrepresented and compliance of order dated 28.08.2024 has also not been made whereby the applicant- appellant was directed to file process fee.

In the interest of justice, list on 30.09.2024. It is clarified that in case the applicant-appellant still remains unrepresented on the next date of hearing then this Court shall dismiss the present leave to appeal for non-prosecution."

4. Today, none appeared on behalf of the applicant.

5. Given above, application for leave to appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
