1. The present appeal has been preferred against the judgment dated

03.10.2024 passed in a case vide FIR No.20 dated 12.02.2024, under Sections 307,

324, 148, 149 of IPC and Sections 3, 4 of SC & ST Act, 1989, registered at Police

Station Division No.2, District Pathankot, Punjab.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellant prays for

withdrawal of the present appeal.

3. Prayer is accepted.
