1. The instant petition has been filed by the petitioners under Articles

226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of

certiorari/mandamus, directing the respondents to grant the

increments/promotion and other benefits to the petitioners and further to set

aside the letter dated 02.11.2020 (Annexure P-9).

2. On the last date of hearing i.e. 29.07.2024, the following order was

passed:-

"Learned State counsel submits that the present case is squarely covered by the judgment passed by a Co- ordiante Bench of this Court in CWP-24524-2019, titled as Mohan Ram and others Versus State of Haryana and others and other connected cases, decided on 29.09.2022.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner(s).

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 23.10.2024. It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted on the next date of hearing.

Photocopy of this order be placed on the files of other connected cases."
