1. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays
for withdrawal of the instant petition to enable her to file representation by relying
on the judgment passed by this Court in Sunita Devi vs. State of Haryana and
Another, CWP-7405-2022, decided on 07.04.2022, which may be directed to be
decided in a time bound manner.
2. Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.
3. Ordered accordingly. In case, petitioner submits a representation
within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided, in
accordance with law, expeditiously taking note of the afore-referred judgment.
