1. The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the impugned order dated 22.12.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Kurukshetra.

2. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that vide judgment dated 25.10.2024 passed by the Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Kurukshetra, the main suit itself has been decided and thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

3. In view of the above, present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

4. Pending miscellaneous application, if any, shall stand disposed of with the abovesaid order.
