1. Present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Vide order dated

23.11.2023 notices were issued to the appellants. As per office report,

appellant Nos.1 to 3, 6 to 8, 10, 13, 14 to 18, 20 and 21 are stated to have

died. Appellant Nos.4, 5 and 12 were not found residing at the given

address. Respondent Nos.9, 11 and 19 stand served. None has put in

appearance on behalf of the appellants. No other address of appellant Nos. 4,

5 and 12 is available except for the one as mentioned in the memo of parties

as well as in the judgments of the Courts. None has come forward to be

impleaded as legal representatives of appellant Nos. 1 to 3, 6 to 8, 10, 13, 14

to 18, 20 and 21.

2. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but

to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case

anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand

disposed off.
