1. By way of present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., prayer

has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.478

dated 30.06.2019, under Sections 148, 149, 307, 323, 325, 341, 506 IPC and

Section 25, 54 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Assandh Karnal.

2. Learned State counsel informs this Court that the petitioner has

already been acquitted vide judgment dated 09.10.2024 passed by learned

Additional Sessions Judge, Karnal, thereby, rendering the present petition as

infructuous.

3. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having

been rendered infructuous.
