1. This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the orders dated 29.10.2020, 28.04.2022 and 31.05.2024 (Annexures P-8, P-10 and P-12 respectively).

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his any other remedy, if, available under the law.

3. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

4. All pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.
