1. The present petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of

certiorari for quashing the letter dated 11.10.2024 (Annexure P/7).

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, very fairly submits that the authorities have extended the time for supplies up to 31.10.2024 and undertakes to make the entire supplies before the said date.

3. In light of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
