Heard learned counsel representing the parties.

Learned counsel representing the applicant (respondent) in the

civil revision submits that the Coordinate Bench of this Court has formed a

different opinion.

This Court has considered the submission. It is evident that while

deciding the revision petition, this Court has relied upon the judgment of

Hon'ble the Supreme Court in Central Government of India Vs. Raj Devi @

Raj Kumari bearing CA-46231-2021. There is no change in the opinion

formed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Raj Devi's case.

Hence, no ground is made out to review the judgment dated

02.03.2023.

Dismissed.
