1. Learned counsel representing the respondents informs that the

operation of the judgment dated 05.09.2023, passed in CWP-19244-2019, titled

as "Arvind and others vs. State of Haryana and another" has been stayed in

an intra-court appeal bearing LPA No.442-2024, on the basis of which, the

Writ Court disposed of CWP-17986-2020 along with other connected cases

vide order dated 09.10.2023.

2. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in

the present petition, as such the same is disposed of. Rule stands discharged.

3. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to seek revival of the

present petition, subject to final outcome of the aforesaid LPA.
