in the case of Roshan Lal and others Vs. Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam

Limited and others bearing CWP No.6225-2013 vide Annexure P-5.

2. In view of the above, the present petition is hereby disposed of in

terms of the aforesaid judgment (Annexure P-5).
