1. On 23.07.2024 the learned counsel for the appellants had stated that he had no instructions in the matter and therefore fresh notices were issued to the appellants. As per the office report the appellants were not found residing at the given address. No other address of the appellants is available except for the one as mentioned in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of the Courts. Today learned counsel for the appellants has again stated that he has no instructions in the matter. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

2. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
