1. Vide order dated 07.03.2024 notice was issued to the appellant.

As per the office report, the sole appellant stands duly served. However,

none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite service. It

appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In

view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present

appeal for non-prosecution.

2. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case

anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand

disposed off.
