1. The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent No.2 to renew his
passport.
2. Mr. K.K.Jund, Sr. Panel Counsel submits that the passport authority
as and when the petitioner would apply and submit requisite documents would
decide his application considering judgment of this Court in Mohan Lal @
Mohna vs. Union of India and others 2023 SCC Online P&H 1391.
3. In the wake of statement of learned counsel for the respondent-UOI,
the present petition stands disposed of.
