Nos.2 and 3 to take legal action against respondent Nos.4 and 5 and other unidentified persons.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to keep all his arguments and rights open.

3. In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
