Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the matter has been rendered infructuous since the petitioner has been issued appointment letter during pendency of the petition. He, however, contends that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation before the respondents claiming the consequential benefits.
2. Learned State counsel submits that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same will be decided expeditiously.
3. In view thereof, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation regarding the consequential benefits pursuant to appointment within a period of three weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed, the same shall be decided by respondent no.2-Director of Elementary Education, by passing a speaking order thereupon, within a
period of three months from receiving the representation.
