1. Mr. Himanshu Malik, Senior Panel Counsel, at the outset, submits
that as per notification dated 17.12.1998 issued by Central Government, the
petitioner has remedy to approach Central Administrative Tribunal against
Navodya Vidyalaya Samiti, New Delhi.
2. In support of his contention, he relies upon judgment of Supreme
Court in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and another Vs. Subhas Sharma
(2002) 4 SCC 145.
3. In the wake of statement of Mr. Himanshu Malik, Senior Panel
Counsel, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to petitioner to
approach Central Administrative Tribunal.
