Prayer in the present petition is for setting aside the impugned

judgment and decree dated 07.05.1993 passed by the Additional District

Judge, Hissar, whereby appeal filed by the appellants-defendants has been

dismissed.

No one has entered appearance on behalf of the appellants since

27.01.2017, the case has been taken up on six occasions, notice was also

issued to the parties and as per the office report, appellants No.1 to 6

already stand served. It seems that the appellants are no more interest in

pursuing the present appeal.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
