1. The prayer in the present petition is for quashing the decision,

Annexure P-5 and final seniority list, Annexure P-4/2.

2. Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits

that the recommendations dated 06.02.2015, Annexure P-5 have since

culminated in an order dated 25.06.2015, Annexures R-1/1 and R-1/2, in

view of which, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the

present petition with liberty to challenge the same.
