1. Prayer in present writ petition is for directing the respondent-

bank to consider petitioners' proposal for One Time Settlement (OTS) and

sanction it in their favour.

2. When faced with the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in

The Bijnor Urban Cooperative Bank Limited, Bijnor and others vs.

Meenal Aggarwal and others, 2022 AIR (SC) 56, learned counsel for

petitioners seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to petitioners to

approach respondent No.2 for a mutually acceptable settlement.

3. Learned counsel for respondents submits that though the present

writ petition is not entertainable, the proposal submitted by petitions is still

pending with the bank and shall be finally decided within four weeks and in

case any further concrete proposal is submitted by petitioners within next

one week, the same shall also be taken into consideration and decided in

accordance with the applicable rules, regulations and policy.

3. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of without expression of

any opinion on the merits of the matter or even entertainabiity thereof.

4. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of

accordingly.
