1. The prayer in the present petition is for setting aside the order
dated 14.03.2018, Annexure P-2 vide which the services of the petitioner has
been regularized w.e.f. 15.01.2018, whereas the similarly situated persons
have been regularized w.e.f. 15.01.2016.
2. Learned State counsel submits that during the pendency of the
present petition, the services of the petitioner have now been decided to be
regularized w.e.f. 15.11.2017, Annexure R-3, the date on which the
judgment of acquittal was passed in his favour, upon which learned counsel
for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to take further
legal recourse, if need arises.
3. Ordered accordingly.
