1. The present petition has been filed for directing the respondents
to regularise the services of the petitioner with all consequential benefits
w.e.f. the date of their joining.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner faced with the fact that a
demand ought to have been raised as a pre-requisite to seeking a writ of
mandamus, prays for withdrawal of the instant petition to enable them to file
a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound
manner.
3. Dismissed as withdrawn. In case petitioner submits a
representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be considered and
decided expeditiously.
