This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR

No.255, dated 17.07.2015 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 148, 149, 323,

452 and 506 of the IPC, 1860 (Sections 325, 307 IPC added later on and

Section 452 IPC deleted), registered at Police Station Sadar Kanina, Distrct

Mahendergarh and all consequential proceedings as well as the judgment

and order of sentence dated 29.08.2018, on the basis of compromise.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the instant

petition.

Prayer is accepted.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
