1. Learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and

3 on instructions from Mr. Paras, assisting counsel, states that the matter

stands compromised between the parties. Infact in the appeal filed by

respondent Nos.2 and 3 being RSA-1610-1996 a similar statement had been

made.

2. In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as having

been rendered infructuous, with liberty to revive in case anything survives.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
