This is a contempt petition filed under Sections 11 and 12 of
the Contempt of Courts Act, for initiating contempt proceedings against the
respondents for disobedience of the directions passed in judgment/order
dated 15.02.2024 passed in LPA-1138-2022.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the
present petition has been rendered infructuous because the order has already
been complied with by the respondents.
Dismissed as having been rendered as infructuous.
