MEENAKSHI I. MEHTA, J. (ORAL)
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits
that the instant revision-petition has become infructuous as the Civil Suit,
out of which it had arisen, has already been decided by the trial Court vide
the judgment passed on 17.11.2023.
Resultantly, the revision-petition in hand stands disposed of,
as having been rendered infructuous.
