order dated 18.01.2024 in case bearing No. SC-82-2023 titled 'State Versus
Kiranpal Kaur @ Kirna and another '. The copy of judgment of learned
Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur, is taken on record.
2. This fact is also not disputed by learned counsel for the
petitioner.
3. In view of the statement, the petition stands disposed of as
having been rendered infructuous.
