present appeal is covered against the appellant by a recent judgment of this Court

dated 21.03.2024 rendered in LPA-1921-2024 - Daya Nand Vs. The Presiding

Officers and others.

In the light of the above, the present appeal is also dismissed in

terms of Daya Nand's case (supra).
