1. The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition under Articles

226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ in the nature of

certiorari, for quashing clause 10 and clause 11 of impugned appointment

letter issued vide order dated 19.05.2014 vide which the services of the

petitioner are regularized.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the

present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.

3. Ordered accordingly.
