1. The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition under Articles
226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ in the nature of
mandamus, for directing the official respondents No.2, 6 and 7 to reinstate the
petitioner with immediate effect and also pay the arrears of his salary.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the
present petition to avail the appropriate remedy, in accordance with law.
3. Ordered accordingly.
