1. The learned counsel representing the appellant pleads no

instructions. It is evident that the plaintiff filed a suit for recovery of

Rs.62,000/- which was decreed by the trial court, however, in appeal the

judgment and decree of the trial court was reversed.

2. With the passage of time and inflation, may be the appellant is

not interested in prosecuting the appeal.

3. Dismissed for non-prosecution.

4. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also

disposed of.
