In the present petition, grievance of the petitioner is that he is

entitled for regularization of his services under the policy dated 18.06.2014.

It may be noticed that the said policy has already been set aside by this Court while passing order in CWP No.17206 of 2014 titled as Yogesh Tyagi and another vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 31.05.2018, but the said judgment is pending consideration before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to either revive the present petition or file a fresh one in case any right accrues in favour of the petitioner after the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
