1. Aggrieved by framing of charges vide order dated 08.01.2019 passed by

Special Judge, Chandigarh in above men oned ECIR, the pe oner/accused had come up

before this Court by filing the present revision pe on.

2. Counsel for the respondent -E.D submits that pe oner No.1-Baljinder Singh

Dhillon had died and proceedings in trial has been abated vide order dated 30.09.2021. He

further submits that trial proceedings have been concluded by the learned Special Judge,

PMLA Court, Chandigarh vide judgment dated 27.02.2024, pe oner No. 2-Sukhjinder

Singh Dhillon was convicted and pe oner No. 3-Amarjit Kaur Dhillon was acqui?ed, as

such, the present pe on has been rendered infructuous.
