Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, does not press the prayer made in the petition seeking quashing of advertisements no.57 of 2023 to 73 of 2023.

2. The petition qua the prayer, accordingly, stands dismissed as not pressed.

3. He further contends that the petitioners, who are working as Lab Attendants in the respondent University since 22.01.2021 and have completed the period of probation successfully, should be confirmed in service; all due benefits should also be released to them as a consequence thereof. Since no notice of demand was served upon the University before approaching the Court, he seeks liberty to withdraw the petition to make a representation claiming the relief.

4. Learned counsel for the University, appearing on advance notice, contends that in case any such representation is filed by the
