1. This is an old appeal, which is pending for the last 30 years.

2. The learned counsel representing the appellants submits that he

has written three registered letters to the appellants for providing the details

of legal representatives of the respondent, however, failed to get any

response.

3. This is the plaintiffs regular second appeal against the judgment

passed by both the Courts below while dismissing their suit for specific

performance of the agreement to sell.

4. It appears that the appellants are no more interested in

prosecuting the appeal.

5. Hence, dismissed for non-prosecution.

6. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also

disposed of.
