1. The 2 petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant nd

of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.215 dated 23.08.2018, registered

under Section 392 of IPC and under Section 25 of Arms Act (section 397, 201

IPC added later on), at Police Station Sadar Narwana, District Jind.

2. Learned State counsel has filed status report and submits that there

are 9 cases under trial, besides the 2, in which he has been convicted and there

are 2 jail offences, against the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the

instant petition at this stage.

4. Ordered accordingly.
