1. Learned counsel for the petitioners' states that the limited

prayer in the present petition is for issuance of directions to the First

Appellate Court to decide the stay application or the appeal itself on the next

date of hearing i.e. 14.03.2024 as warrants of possession have been issued

by the Executing Court.

2. In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the

petitioners, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the

First Appellate Court to consider the application for stay or to decide the

main appeal itself on the next date of hearing i.e. 14.03.2024. Pending

applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
