1. The present appeal has been preferred by the claimant-appellant

against the award dated 05.08.2002 dismissing the claim petition.

2. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite

the counsel being informed by the Registry. It appears that the appellant is

not interested in pursuing the present appeal. This Court is left with no other

option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

3. Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any,

also stand disposed off.
