1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states
that vacant possession of the premises in question has been handed over to
the respondent-landlord yesterday and the present petition has since been
rendered infructuous.
2. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the
respondent, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered
infructuous, with liberty to revive in case anything survives. Pending
applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
