1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants states

that on the previous date of hearing i.e. 11.12.2023 time had been sought to

bring the legal representatives of deceased appellant No.1, namely Fauja

Singh, on record. Today she, however, states that she is unable to contact the

legal representatives of appellant No.1 and has no instructions regarding the

legal representatives.

2. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to

dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case

anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
