Prayer in this revision petition is for setting aside the order

dated 01.12.2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Patiala, vide

which the objections filed by the Judgment-Debtor, have been wrongly and

illegally dismissed, with a further prayer to stay the proceedings before the

learned Executing Court during the pendency of the present case.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners-revisionists

submits that a compromise has been arrived at between the parties and,

therefore, he intends to withdraw the present revision petition.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed

as withdrawn.
