1. Instant revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the

Constitution of India for setting aside of order dated 04.11.2023,

Annexure P-6, passed by the Additional District Judge, Jhajjar, whereby,

warrants of auction of the property of judgment debtor, has been passed.

2. At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute

has been amicably settled by way of a compromise. He submits that the

present petition has become infructuous.

3. Dismissed as having been rendered infructious.
