The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article

226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of

mandamus directing respondents No.2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of

the petitioners at the hands of respondent No.4, who is against the live-in-

relationship of the petitioners.

After arguing for some time, having failed to convince this

Court within the forecorners of judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme

Court in Nandakumar & Anr. Versus State of Kerala & Ors, 2018 (2) RCR

(Civil) 899, he wishes to withdraw the present petition.

Prayer is accepted.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
