1. This is a fully burnt case. Despite best efforts the file could not

be reconstructed by the Registry. There is an order pertaining to Civil

Revision No.405 of 1986, however, the same was dismissed as withdrawn

vide order dated 23.10.1992. There is no other document available

pertaining to the present case.

2. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but

to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case

anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand

disposed off.
