1. The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition under Articles
226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ in the nature of
mandamus, for directing the respondents to pay the arrears of pay of
husband of the petitioner from the deemed notional date i.e. 26.11.1985.
2. Learned counsel submits that the respondents has released the
arrears of pay of the husband of the petitioner and in wake of which, prays
for disposing of the matter as having been rendered infructuous.
3. Ordered accordingly.
